I woke up yesterday with a huge headache. My body felt like a dead fish. But I still managed to go for a swim..just a while..then a hair cut. The weather was terribly hot and I couldn't really sleep well on Saturday night even though I had the powerful ceiling fan switched on with maximum speed. Yesterday afternoon I slept for 3 hours, and I felt better.
